We do not offer refunds or returns.

We only offer exchange on eligible items.

📦 Exchange Conditions:

Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Tags and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase is required

👙 Hygiene Policy (Important):

Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear (bras) cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Exchange is only allowed for:

Wrong item received

Defective or damaged product

Size issue (if eligible)

Washed items

Sale/discounted offers (if mentioned non-exchangeable)

Change of mind
